Sharing much of the DNA of the Upper Class Seat, Virgin Atlantic’s new Premium Economy Seat is closer in spirit to a club chair than an aircraft seat. All the functions of a modern seat are present, but the visual complexity, which is usually so characteristic in airline seating has been subdued. High quality leather upholstery is balanced by simple modern detailing and intuitive user controls.
